It also has built-in entertainment center shelving in the living room, a gated front yard, a private back yard, and assigned covered parking.

• The cleaning fee, pet fee (if applicable), and first month’s rent (including the utility/pest control fee, pet rent if applicable, and tax) are due at move-in.

The application requirements are listed below:

• Total household income must be at least 2.5 times the rent.

• Credit is considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Bankruptcies must be discharged; No open bankruptcies are accepted.

• Evictions less than 5 years old with unsatisfied judgments are not accepted without proof of a current payment arrangement.

• Felony convictions are considered on a case-by-case basis with proof of good standing or completion.
