Johnté is a licensed agent with Candid Realty. In his prior role as Leasing Specialist & Assistant Property Manager, he processed rental applications, drafted leases, and assisted with property management functions including interior and exterior inspections, collecting and processing rental payments and communicating with tenants regarding maintenance items and lease questions. In his previous role as Marketing Associate, Johnté helped establish our online presence through various social media platforms and our websites, shaping them into robust, user-friendly & efficient channels of communication between Candid Realty, its clients and prospects.
In his free time Johnté enjoys developing his creative skills through music, illustration & fashion design.
John Hawley

John’s interest in the technology field started at home with his dad who is a software engineer. During high school John studied computer basics and was certified as a computer aided drafting technician. From there, he continued his education in information technology studying computer aided drafting and design information systems at the CAD Institute (now the University of Advancing Technology), and then computer information systems at DeVry. While employed at various engineering firms in the Valley, John has been able to apply his education and gain new skills in providing information technology solutions.
John uses that experience to facilitate the technology needs of Candid Realty in its ongoing efforts to provide its customers, clients, and professional partners with up-to-date systems that lay the foundation for a consistently good experience in each transaction.
