$600.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee plus 2.5% tax
$300.00 non-refundable Pet Fee (per pet, if applicable) plus 2.5% tax
- A non-refundable earnest deposit of $500.00 is due upon application approval.
- The non-refundable earnest deposit is applied to the security deposit upon lease signing.
- The balance of the security deposit is due with 24 hours of lease signing.
- The cleaning fee, pet fee (if applicable), and first month’s rent (including the pest control fee, pet rent if applicable, and tax) are due at move-in.
The application requirements are listed below:
• Total household income must be at least 3 times the rent.
• Minimum 600 FICO.
• Bankruptcies must be discharged; no open bankruptcies are accepted.
• Evictions less than 3 years old with unsatisfied judgments are not accepted.
• Felony convictions are considered on a case-by-case basis with proof of completion of all sentencing and probation requirements.

• Se debe realizar un depósito de seguridad no reembolsable de $500.00 al momento de la aprobación de la solicitud.
• El depósito de garantía no reembolsable se aplica al depósito de seguridad al firmar el contrato de arrendamiento.
• El saldo del depósito de seguridad vence dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la firma del contrato de arrendamiento.
• La tarifa de limpieza, la tarifa por mascota (si corresponde) y el alquiler del primer mes (incluida la tarifa de control de plagas, el alquiler por mascota, si corresponde, y los impuestos) deben pagarse al momento de la mudanza.
Los requisitos de aplicación se enumeran a continuación:
